iPhone	Nokia n82

Even when the two photos are resized to be the same, as here, the iPhone image looks very poor compared with the Nokia. At the full five megapixels, the n82 picture is stunning for a phone.

Both photos were taken at the same time at the same place. The framing is a little different as I found I had to stand a lot further away from the church to capture the whole spire in shot with the iPhone.

The 2 megapixel camera is the iPhone's achilles heal. Even business phones now have 3 megapixel cameras with better optics and software.

Spent much of yesterday helping out at a jumble sale sellings books.

Price was 40p each or three for a quid. This is extremely good value compared with paid ebooks on ereader (only legal option for iPhone without jailbreaking) which due to their DRM can't be re-sold, lent, or passed to charities for fund-raising.

The ebook business model needs a shake-up.
